What’s the difference between such good bread and live laugh loaf?
I wrote Live Laugh Loaf first and Such Good Bread is the follow on from it - somewhat based on the ideas inside but with new recipes (as well as a couple of favourites from live laugh loaf) and with full photos for recipes and processes.
Both of them have you covered for all the basics of starting out with sourdough, and have recipes to allow you to branch out once you’ve got your head around the basic process.
LLL has somewhat more info about sourdough inside - process info etc. Because of the format, I’ve been able to go a little more in depth.
SGB on the other hand is more like a traditional cookbook with many many pictures and slightly less words.
If you’re wanting a more traditional cookbook style book then Such Good Bread is a perfect option. If you want a little book with hand drawn pictures that’s more like a love letter to sourdough, Live Laugh Loaf will be your best option.
