Mary Grace Quigley is a self taught home baker. When she started out baking she felt really overwhelmed by some of the sourdough recipes out there, so she decided to make her own easy, straight forward sourdough recipes to share with you.

Mary Grace has a PhD in languages and works as a language teacher for adult learners of English and German. Her experience in teaching helps her to explain the sourdough ‘language’ in a way that’s easy to follow. Currently, Mary Grace lives in Adelaide, Australia but she spent 7 years living in Berlin, Germany, which is why many of her loaves are inspired by German-style breads.

Mary Grace contributes recipes and video content to ABC Everyday, and has appeared on ABC News Breakfast.
